SHOP AND SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY!

The Basic Needs Thrift Shop is a non-profit, community-based thrift shop open to the public for shopping. All donations to the Thrift Shop and revenue from sales go directly back into Basic Needs’ programming, which means it stays in our community. Shop for treasures while supporting your community and respecting the environment!

Via Basic Needs vouchers, low-income families can shop for basic needs—unique compared with national store-based organizations. Shop with us and find fashionable clothing, shoes, accessories, bedding, bath towels, toys, craft items, home improvement items, electronics, kitchen items, and more second-hand, gently used treasures!

Thrift Shop Hours
Monday through Friday: 10:30 am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:30 am to 4 pm
Sunday: noon to 4 pm

Are You Ready to Donate?

You can support your community by donating new and gently used items, including new and used clothing, shoes, accessories, bedding, bath towels, toys, craft items,  home improvement items, and kitchen items. Your donations will help us support low-income families in the community. Money raised through selling your second-hand items supports our voucher program, which can provide vouchers for household goods, clothing, and more for low-income families in emergencies.

NOTE: HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED STARTING TWO MONTHS BEFORE A HOLIDAY. THIS IS DUE TO STORAGE CONSTRAINTS. THANK YOU!

DONATION HOURS

Mondays 11am to 5 pm
Wednesdays 11 am to 5 pm
Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm

Please drop donations off behind the building by the teal awning. No furniture being accepted due to space. No donations 12/26-12/31 due to inventory.

Basic Needs is closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Christmas Eve.
