The Basic Needs voucher program provides emergency support to families facing crises by appointment. The first step is for the social services professional to fill out the contact form below. Our staff will then send you instructions on how to access the Voucher Program Registration where we gather family size, income, and other demographic data. Once submitted, our staff will be notified, and will contact the family member to set up an intake appointment to determine eligibility for our thrift shop. Once the need is established , voucher dollars are based on need.
Voucher clients have nine months to use voucher dollars until they expire. Our voucher program is valid one time per person. If approved, a voucher can be provided to shop for essential items in our Thrift Shop, such as clothing, hygiene products, diapers, household items, and more.
